What is included with each email?
Each email order includes a full Microsoft Office 365 Outlook Email Account. You are able to set up this email to be any name and we can link it with a custom domain to give you or your business a custom email solution.
Do I get access to any other features?
Yes! With each primary email account, you get access to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint and One Drive, all linked to your primary account. Please contact us if you would like to explore these extra features.
What does Baby Blue Digital provide for me?
We host and manage your email for you. You let us know what email you need and configure the account accordingly. We also handle renewals and payments for your emails so you don’t need to worry about losing out. We can also transfer email accounts to new owners, change email account names and assist with forgotten passwords and account set-up.
What if I want to change my email to another provider?
We understand that your needs may have changed and we will assist you with the migration. Please contact us should you ever wish to move your email.
What if you need a new email?
You can order as many emails as you would like. Each order will come with the same comprehensive features. Before ordering multiple emails, consider if an email “Alias” is better suited to the requirements, we are able to set a maximum of 2 aliases for each email account and use these to forward emails directly to your primary account.
