Below is a breakdown of all the features included in your customer dashboard. Each customer has access to their own dashboard to allow them to manage payments, account details and more.
Customer Dashboard Login.
Each new Baby Blue Digital customer has their own customer account. Once you have placed your first order, an account will be generated for you. You will be able to set your own password or use our magic login link to access your account.
Account Overview.
The first tab in the customer dashboard is the “Account” tab. Here you will be able to access the following information:
- Account Details
- Payment Methods
- Billing Details
Subscription Overview.
The second tab in the customer dashboard is the “Subscriptions” tab. Here you will be able to access the following information:
- Subscriptions
- Downloads
Order History Overview.
The third tab in the customer dashboard is the “Order History” tab. Here you will be able to access the following information:
- Order History
- Receipts/Invoices (Click on an order to view)
